Orlando Cordero

Orlando Cordero joined Pearl Street Partners in February 2017 with initial responsibilities over the development of Pearl Street’s Community Development efforts. During this time he assisted in the completion of three master planned communities. He has since transitioned to a role with expanded responsibilities that include the management of development activities in both the company’s multifamily and community development lines of business. Orlando has contributed to the construction and development of over 2,000 units totaling nearly $500 million in multifamily real estate investments throughout the Middle Tennessee Region. His passion for the business, devotion to the details, and to achieving the very best experience for our communities is unmatched. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
