Alex Buenger

Alex Buenger joined the Pearl Street Partners in June 2022 as a Land Development Associate. Alex graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from Samford University. Before joining Pearl Street Partners Alex’s experience spanned across the architectural industry in Nashville, as she worked for multiple residential builders and multi-family architectural firms.

Alex’s experience and creative mindset will allow her to successfully implement every aspect of planning for a development from the very beginning until the end. She is excited about the entire process of real estate development and is driven by the endless possibilities that each piece of land provides.
