  • Indian Lake Village – Indian Lake Village is a 400 acre master planned mixed use community located in Hendersonville, Tennessee.  Compared to many other master planned communities, Indian Lake Village has residential and commercial densities that are somewhat higher than most, but ideally suited to its location.  This project has as its centerpiece an upscale “main street” town center that showcases some of the best restaurants and retailers in the industry and has as its key entertainment venue an 85,000 square foot multiscreen Regal Cinema.  Surrounding the town center is a combination of class “A” offices uses and upscale rental and for sale attached housing along with a community park and greenway.  A 40,000 public library anchors the community’s civic base.  At build-out this project will have a value in excess of one billion dollars.

  • City of Salamanca – The City of Salamanca is a small town located in western New York State.  It is nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains and nearly all of its corporate limits rest within the Seneca Nation of Indians Reservation.  The tribe has recently opened a large casino and resort Hotel in the town and this has led to an economic boom for the region.  Our firm has been retained to spearhead the master planning and underwriting of two parcels of undeveloped land the city owns and wishes to see developed over time.  The program for these includes over 1,500 homes and several hundred square feet of commercial space and hotel rooms.
