Company – Pearl Street Partners, LLC was founded in 2005 by Khris Pascarella, a 20 year veteran of the real estate development industry. The company’s mission is to develop best of class communities by “creating places where people create memories.” This is accomplished through an unwavering passion for envisioning and then delivering the highest quality environments for people to live, work and play.

Pearl Street Partners has a two-tier approach to its business methodology. First, we identify triple “A” locations for the development of high quality real estate assets. We thoroughly underwrite the market and opportunity. We then marry the vision for the community with the demand factors of the market. Then we create alliances with investors and partners for these projects that share this common vision.
Secondly, we provide development management services to third-party clients where their planning and development needs match our firm’s experience and talent set. As it relates to development management services, our firm’s key strengths lie in the area of the creation and management of master planned mixed use communities. Our past experience in communities from 300 to 10,000 acres has given us the perspective of both scale and process for each project.
