Mr. Khris Pascarella is Pearl Street Partners’ founder and managing member. Mr. Pascarella has nearly 20 years experience in the planning, entitling, and developing of large scale master-planned real estate projects as well as other residential, high-density projects throughout the southeastern United States.
Prior to forming Pearl Street Partners in 2005, Mr. Pascarella served as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Southern Land Company and provided development and acquisitions expertise for Southern Land’s entire multi-family portfolio.
Prior to joining Southern Land, Mr. Pascarella worked as Regional Vice President for Gables Residential Trust which at the time was a 2.5 billion publicly-traded REIT headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Pascarella managed the acquisitions and development portfolio of projects with a value of over $200 million.
Prior to joining Gables, Mr. Pascarella served as a development manager for Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, Florida where he managed the overall multifamily development program of over 6,000 units for the firm’s Celebration and Little Lake Bryan master planned communities.
Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Pascarella served as a project manager with Arvida/JMB Partners at Weston, a 10,000-acre master planned community in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Pascarella has his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.

Logan Pascarella is a developer associate with Pearl Street Partners, where he assists in the research and underwriting of current and future developments for Pearl Street Partners. Logan also has his real estate license and assists in the marketing and sales of Pearl Street Partners most recent development, “The Residences of Grant Park”.
In 2005, Logan decided to move to Nashville and obtained his Real Estate License, in what has been considered a record setting year in local real estate. Since then, Logan has researched prospective land for local developers, sought out investors for select development projects, researched and analyzed the local real estate market and trends, and represented buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
Before moving to Nashville, Logan was recruited by the Hartford Insurance Company in New York where he was a Property and Casualty Underwriter, and was enrolled into the “Emerging Leaders Program” designed to train top prospects for future management roles. Through his experience at the Hartford, Logan gained valuable underwriting acumen and effective leadership skills that provided a sound foundation for his transition into the Real Estate industry.
Logan is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY (currently ranked the 17th top school by U.S. News and World Report) where he was enrolled in the pre-medical program and received his Bachelor’s degree as a Biology Major in 2003. Logan also was a four year varsity letterman and co-captain of the Varsity Football team his senior year.
